At MiawCar, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to contact us if the product does not suit you.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging if possible.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
Once your return is received and verified, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
